All products and services available for sale are directly addressed to other companies, legal entities. Thus, we assume that all Users of the Site are representatives or third parties, natural persons, designated by potential buyers, companies [legal persons].

3. Responsible for the processing of personal data
The responsibility for the processing of personal data that may be transmitted in connection with the use of the Site, regardless of its nature or title, will always be borne by The TSI Group whose identification is duly made at the beginning of this document,in the person of its representative, namely: INOVASIS, LDA.
However, in the context of the processing of buyers´ personal data – natural or legal persons using the Site to purchase products marketed by Our Partners Sellers and under the terms and conditions referred to in therespectivedocument – Group TS and Sellers,herein Partners, shall act as Joint Lyes, and shall determine reciprocally the purposes and means of such processing, as well as delimiting, among themselves, and in a transparent manner, their responsibilities for compliance with the specifically applicable legislation, in particular as regards the exercise of the rights of the holders.
Given that joint liability must be proportionate to the intervention or influence of each of the co-responsible, co-responsibility for the processing of buyers´ personal data, to be shared between Group TSI and Sellers, hereinPartners, will, of course, be limited to only personal data which will actually be processed by both parties in pursuit of the same purpose.
Where appropriate, Group TSI may use the Subcontractors for which users of the Site give their express consent.
Inparticular, recourse to Subcontractors will take place for the purposes of:
a) management of the business relationship between Buyers and Sellers,
(b) the provision of sales and supply services, payment processing and billing,
(c) ensuring the implementation of due diligence and
(d) backoffice operations, in particular in terms of the technical and operational support and assistance necessary for the operation of the Site, as well as
e) all other ones taken for necessary and/or convenient, at any time.
The Subcontractors to whom Group TSI isresponsibleshall implement all technical and organisational measures appropriate to the protection of personal data transmitted to them, in order to ensure the protection of the rights and interests of their holders.
4. Transfers of personal data
Group TSI warrants to all customers that no personal data will be changed or provided to third parties without the prior consent of its owner, in the event that the owner uses the forms of the website or others, to contact us.
None of the personal data entrusted to us will be provided, free of charge or commercially, to direct marketing companies or other entities that use mailing lists for advertising of their products and/or services.
Despite, although, in certain cases, the personal data that are transmitted by the Users of the Site may be the subject of transfer to the sellers, here partners, to the purposes underlying the processing of personal data. They may also be transmitted to other entities providing service to Group TSI operating from the european union.

Group TSI guarantees users of the Site, regardless of the quality with which they act and at any time, the right of access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, opposition to the processing for the purposes previously defined, payment, limitation and portability of the personal data they have transmitted.

6. Period of retention of personal data
The personal data collected and processed by Group TSI shall be retained for the entire period of time in which the relationship between users on the Site and The TSI Group is active.
However, the user of the Site may, at any time, request Group TSI to be repaid of the personal data that he/she has transmitted.
7. Purposes associated with the collection and processing of personal data
The personal data provided in connection with the use of the Site will be processed and stored in a database specifically created for this purpose and are mandatory to be required and indispensable for the performance of the following purposes: continuation of the process of purchasing products or services; management and risk and point of contact; for tax purposes and business transaction operations, billing and payment; the performance of marketing and sales operations, including sending information about new or currentproducts/services,offers or other promotional actions; compliance with legal obligations in force (namely of a tax, administrative and judicial nature).
